Ballistic eyewear is a form of glasses or goggles that protect from small projectiles and fragments. Ballistic eyewear is commercially available for anyone who wishes to buy it. For the U.S. military, choices are listed on the Authorized Protective Eyewear List (APEL).). The history of protective eyewear goes back to 1880 and extends through to World War I and the present. There are three standards that are currently used to test the effectiveness of ballistic eyewear. These include a U.S. civilian standard (ANSI Z87.1 – 2010), a U.S. military standard (MIL-PRF-31013), and a European standard (EN166, 169, 170 & 172).

Crystal/geode from the Atlas Mountains: Back at home, if I wanted to buy one of these I'd be looking at over $100 for just part of the rock. It's currently sitting on my bedside table, but my plan is to one day use them as book ends. • Mini tealight lantern: The lanterns in Morocco are AMAZING. However, I am very happy with my purchase as this little guy packs a lot of punch and makes my room look incredible at night: • Moroccan lipstick: Okay, so I didn't actually purchase this, it was given to me for free by a shopkeeper who said I... " When he put it in my hands I had no idea what it was, for as you can see it doesn't exactly look like normal lipstick packaging.
I am hosting Easter dinner for my family this year. A small dinner party, there will actually only be five of us including my parents, my maternal grandparents and myself. I normally host one or two guests as often as possible and have had a dinner party for four once. ) I'm comfortable as a hostess with one or two guests. My hosting a holiday meal for the family is a first for me. I figured when I'm married and have a bit of a larger home and a better-equipped kitchen, then I would be in the mix for hosting every once in awhile. Since one of my New Year's Resolutions was to entertain more frequently, I wanted to announce that I was the hostess and explain my preparations so far in this post. I promise to publish a follow up post with pictures of the event including the table settings and the food.
