Steve Willis, also known as The Commando, is one of the four trainers in the Australian version of The Biggest Loser, having participated on the show for six consecutive seasons. On The Biggest Loser, he usually wears his army pants, dark sunglasses and a black t-shirt.
Willis joined the army in the middle of the 1990's, starting off in infantry before joining the special forces and eventually the counter-terrorism unit. He left the army in 2004 and studied personal training while working as a labourer. He now specializes in Cross Fit Games, competing and training people in the discipline. In a Cross Fit competition in 2009, he became the fourth out of 75 male competitors in 2009. Besides working on The Biggest Loser, he works as a personal trainer and runs his own gym.
